Principal’s Message
Message of the Principal, Sacred Heart Girl’s Higher Secondary, Mawlai, Shillong is an institution of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, an international congregation Co- founded by Don Bosco and Maria Domenica Mazzarello. The institution dedicates itself particularly for the education of the young. It draws its inspiration for its educative project from the Preventive System, the spiritual heritage of St. John Bosco. We owe our gratitude to our pioneers who took a bold step to come to this region with a courageous spirit in order to educate the young people of this region on 14th march, 1938 under the leadership of Sr. Clotilde M. Coglialo.
